Do you wonder talking without using the names of anything? How would you refer to anything without mentioning its name? Difficult, right? This is where the noun comes; It’s difficult to talk without using a noun.
Nouns are a significant part of speech. The noun is the name of a person, place, thing, or object. A noun can be singular or plural (a group of nouns). A noun can be a feeling too.

Singular and plural nouns
Nouns can be singular or plural. Singular nouns refer to single things or objects, while plural nouns refer to a group of things. Most of the singular nouns can become plural by just adding ‘-s’ at their end.
While some nouns already have ‘s’ at their end, in that can case, we add ‘es’ at their end. There are several rules for making plural nouns.

Types of nouns

1. Common nouns:
Nouns, which are names of ordinary objects, people, or places, are called common nouns. Common nouns are used to name everyday things rather than specific things. Such nouns are used almost everywhere, and we use them almost all the time. They can be singular or plural.

2. Proper nouns
Proper nouns are the names of a specific person, place, or thing. Proper nouns refer to one of a kind items. Such nouns always start with capital letter weather in the middle of a sentence or not. We use proper nouns quite often. we use them to call specific people places or things

3. Concrete nouns

4. Abstract nouns

5. Collective nouns

8. Countable nouns

When a countable noun is in the singular form, we have to use a word like a/the/my/this before it.

9. Uncountable nouns
Nouns that refer to things that can’t be counted easily are called uncountable nouns. Uncountable nouns always exist in the singular form. They are also called mass nouns.

10.Possessive nouns
